Further Pictures from Epstein Estate Made Public by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the images.

Also included in this new document disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key labelling various parts of the estate.

Accompanying this are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including designs for marina coverings.

Additional materials made public as part of the current oversight disclosure.
